What a visionary painter this country has lost who painted with predictions decades ago what is happening in our society today. His work is still so relevant and something to learn from. Truly a genuine socio-political painter who always painted to inform the citizens and pointed out to the rulers the repercussion of their actions through his paintings.

I was deeply upset to hear about the passing away of Nagori Saheb-a visionary, a spokesman and a talent the art world has lost. I had the pleasure of spending an afternoon with him at his home several years ago. His down to earth manner, sense of humour and true feeling for what he believed in struck me.
His works will no doubt continue to be a reminder of this great man with guts.
My heartfelt condolences to the family.

One of the finest persons that i can remember. Great artist, great humourist, full of life and love for Pakistan that the 'Establishment' was afraid of. Will miss him immensely.

Nagori would have liked that, and one hopes that others are born like him.

My dear Nagori Sahib,
You are a great fighter whose contribution to this (lawyers') movement is no less than any one.
